I have had Dental anxiety my whole life and in one visit with Dr. Fairfax I am healed! I was suffering from an abscessed tooth in excruciating pain. I called her emergency line at 10:30 pm, she answered and scheduled me the next morning at 8am. She was closed the next day! She opened for ME!! I felt like a celebrity. I just started coming to Dr. Fairfax's office last year. Each time I have come in for a cleaning, I've been told I'm doing a good job brushing and flossing. I recently had prep work done to put in a small bridge that involved three teeth. Dr. Fairfax commented on how healthy my gums were and how it made her job that much easier getting the bridge in place. The office is friendly and kind, and they make you feel at home.

My first experience with Dr. Fairfax several years ago was for an emergency in which half of my tooth had cracked and fallen out. She fit me in the same morning and gave me a temporary crown. She became my new dentist that day. (The permanent crown she later put in was of higher quality than one I had from my former dentist and less expensive as well!) Dr. Fairfax is kind and calming and does excellent work, as does her whole staff. They are all friendly and welcoming and very good at their jobs. I highly recommend Dr. Fairfax and her excellent staff.

I had the best dental work today by Dr. Fairfax. Unfortunately I don’t have the best teeth so I’ve had several fillings. Usually my gums are sore from where the numbing shots go in and the whole thing makes me anxious. Dr. Fairfax was so gentle with the shots that I didn’t even feel them and I haven’t been sore at all today after the procedure. She is kind and not judgmental and my mouth feels great! I have never reviewed a dentist before but all of my appointments have been great and I hope this helps a fellow nervous dentist-goer!

They have established a protocol that begins at the entrance with hand sanitizing, temp taking, questioning about possible contact with Covid patients, all wore masks and cleaned office surfaces. NOTE: the address that may show up in your GPS may take you past the Circle Towers on Lee Highway. If you aren't sure, call the office (like I had to do) and ask for the exact location. This was my first visit to this office. It's probably one of the most thorough analysis of my teeth I've had (I'm a regular 6-8 per visit to the dentist type of person.... though this year, I've slacked off, until now). When I made my appointment on the phone, I was emailed paperwork to fill out before I arrived (YAY, for efficiency)! I asked about insurance and was given options for payment (what they offered, what network they are in with insurance providers, etc.). I arrived on time. Amy was super nice and gentle with my teeth. She did all of the measurements, took pictures, explained what they saw (on the screen) with me, gave options, etc. After Amy's analysis, Dr. Fairfax came in and further explained next steps and did her analysis of my mouth and teeth. The entire staff was very nice. The office was well-laid out and clean. It was a very good visit.
