A Caring and Thorough Team

We do not believe in ‘factory-style’ dental care where patients are shuttled in and out and only see the dentist or hygienist for a few minutes during an appointment. Each appointment with us is time reserved specifically for you.

Applying the Latest Technologies

Our team is highly trained in the latest dental approaches and technologies, which allows us to provide every patient with truly personalized attention.

Invisalign: A Straighter Smile in 3 Steps

First impressions are important in your social life and business settings. Everything matters – your hair, skin, clothes, and especially your smile. It’s unfortunate that people judge you by appearance, but it’s just a fact of life.

A beautiful, healthy smile attracts others to you because they perceive you to be confident and intelligent. If you have an esthetic flaw like crooked teeth, you might want to consider contacting an Invisalign dentist in Fairfax to see if this short-term orthodontic treatment is right for you.

Invisalign treatment is easy and comfortable, and we can get you started in three simple steps:

  1. Arrange a Consultation: During the planning stage, Dr. Cerina Fairfax will perform a thorough examination that includes digital x-rays, photos, and impressions of your teeth. Using this information, she will develop a treatment plan that allows us to predict the movement of your teeth throughout the process.
  2. Wear Your Aligners: You will receive a customized series of clear plastic aligners with instructions to wear each set at least 22 hours a day for two weeks. Invisalign clear braces are removable, making eating and oral hygiene easy. At the end of the two-week period, you will move to the next set of aligners. Every time you change aligners, you will gradually see the difference in your smile.
  3. Use Your Retainer: It’s exciting when treatment is finished, and you are rewarded with a beautiful smile. But treatment doesn’t end there! You must wear the retainer Dr. Fairfax provides because it maintains the results that you worked so hard to achieve!

If you live in Fairfax and are looking for an Invisalign dentist, please give us a call. We will be happy to arrange a commitment-free consultation to see if Invisalign clear braces are the right choice for you.

We hope that you and all those dear to you are safe and healthy. Thank you all so much for your outreach over these last few weeks. We have been so encouraged by every call, email, appointment rescheduled, and the support you continue to send us with your account payments. Our practice depends on you!

This has been a challenging time for everyone, but the good news is that we’ll be here! We are weathering this well and we plan to resume regular office hours and routine patient care on May 18th. We are monitoring news and updates from the CDC, VDH, VDA and remain committed to following their recommendations and maintaining a safe environment for you and our staff.

We are hard at work developing the new procedures that will be in place when we return.  Your continued patience and grace as we navigate our new normal has not gone unnoticed and we are immensely grateful for your support.  Please take care of yourselves and your smiles. We can’t wait to see you again!

Our online practice portal is always open. You can log in at www.patientconnect365.com to look up past appointments, pay your bill, and access our office forms and documents. We wish you all good health. Please know that we will get through this together!

In the meantime, if you are having a dental emergency or concern, I’m available via text or call directly on my personal cell (703-582-8059).

Warmly,

Dr. Fairfax
